we want to go to costa rica for our honeymoon in july, but we need some good recommendations for hotels, what part we should stay in, restaurants, etc. We want to stay in a nice hotel with all of the accommodations and are willing to spend a few thousand dollars for about a week. All input is greatly welcomed!!

If “marriage” is the loveless relationship my parents seem to have, I’ll pass on it thank you. So many marriages seem to end up with both people being bitter and angry. Once the looks and the honeymoon wear off, the fighting doesn’t stop.
I don’t think I’ll ever get married. What’s the point? I’d rather be alone forever than to have to deal with fighting, nagging and so many financial problems.

We want some privacy, but adventure. We know of the popular places, but since we both like to travel, we wanted to find a great place that is unknown to many people.

I live in London. I am emigrating to Chicago next May to get married.
I need a honeymoon destination for Late July 2008. The must haves include:
A great beach
Boutique/luxury hotel
Some culture, expeditions etc nearby
Would consider Europe
Would consider an all-inclusive resort
Any ideas???

I am trying to plan a honeymoon to Belize in February of 2010.
We are looking for the best places to stay. We would like to experience all that Belize has to offer, and the Mayan Ruins and beach time are a must.
Has anyone stayed there before? Do you recommend any “all inclusive” packages. We would like alcohol to be included as well. Thanks in advance!

My fiance and I are thinking of going to Jamaica (or another Caribbean island) for our honeymoon. The Sandals brochures look terrific, but I wanted feedback from people that have actually stayed there.
Thanks!

I am getting re-married and for reasons it is not worth going into I am planning on having a three day mini-honeymoon after the wedding in Britain. I have been all over Britain over the years and can see the benefits and draw backs of loads of places. Where would you go for three days of romance and why?
P.S. We are 38 and 46.
