Mу fiance аnd I don’t want tο spend a whole bunch οn a wedding, bυt wе want a gοοd wedding. I found thіѕ рlасе thаt sets up everything, thеу hаνе thе minister, catering, photography, cake, flowers, violinist, thеу set up thе reception, сlеаn everything up, plus give thе couple 2 days іn a honeymoon suite. Thеу literally dο everything, fοr 4995.00
Dο уου thіnk thаt іѕ a gοοd deal? Oh yeah аnd іt’s fοr up tο 100 guests.
Thе рlасе іѕ real. It іѕ аt a resort type рlасе near whеrе I live. Bυt I wіll dеfіnіtеlу call аnd see іf thеrе аrе аnу holes οr anything.
Yes, definately yet. The average cost for a wedding these days is closer to $28,000 so I think you’re ahead of the game!
be sure to look into the fine details. my fiance and i found a place like that, and it sounded great initially but then we looked closer and found a bunch of loop holes and things that we would miss out on.
Yes! That is a great deal. But I agree.. make sure you look at all the details and make sure everything is covered because there may be holes! But if it is legit then you really saved a ton of money.
According a survey in 2008 by The Knot, the average cost of a wedding is $27,800. Of course, it differs by location and number of guests. An article in Smart Money said that the average cost is $21,000 to $24,0000, citing the president of the Association for Wedding Professionals International.
The Knot has a page called the $10K Wedding Budget Challenge…which should let you know how difficult it is to throw a wedding for under $10K. http://wedding.theknot.com/wedding-planning/wedding-budget/articles/cheap-wedding-ideas.aspx
However, these estimates include dress and alteration fees, wedding party gifts, transportation, and wedding guest favors, which aren’t included in your costs.
I got married in May and tried to save as much as possible. Our wedding site alone cost $4500. Our caterer was over $5000 and the photographer was $3000. We had 100 guests and spent over $20,000. This was the cheapest we could find while meeting a basic level of quality.
I would say that you have found an amazing deal. I am having a hard time believing it is real. You should check to see if the place has any reviews or previous clients you can talk to…Congrats!
if it is a lovely place and you have seen examples of their flower arrangements/photography styles/cakes etc…
and you think they are worth that price and are very nice then yes that is a GREAT price.
however make sure you see what you’ll be getting as if they have like 2 flower arrangements that looked picked out of the garden and and cheap cake then you know it wasn’t worth the money.
its a good deal but make sure or the service they do? for example the photographer look at his work… remember you are gonna have you pic for ever
Sounds too good to be true!
Yes, that is an extremely good deal. But like the others have stated, check it out FIRST! Do they have references….others who have had the package and done testamonials as to how good it was? These things are important. Is there anyone that you can call to make sure they got what they said? Again, more like “checking on the references.”
Also, you might want to check with your states Better Business Bureau to make sure there have been no claims against this company.
Again, it IS a good deal, but just really check it out. Seems almost too good to be true.
