I’ve heard of the “Go Card”, but not sure if it’s worth it.

We’ve surfed the web and looked around and can’t find anything good really….some help please?

We are taking a 3 week trip to Japan for our honeymoon and instead of gifts, we would like help paying for our trip. I found the site above on The Knot and it looks nice except there is a 7.5% fee on all gifts. I guess it makes sense there would be a fee for sites like this, but has anyone had experience with this kind of thing? Did you use a better site? Any help is appreciated! Thank you!

My fiance and I are planning to go to Aruba for our honeymoon. The hotel of Choice was Renaissance Aruba Resort and Casino. Located L.G. Smith Blvd 82; Oranjestad, Aruba.
I’ve read the ratings from websites such as Travelocity, Orbitz, etc. and they were great. But I wanted some more views and opinions. Looking for great attractions and affordable lodging. (This seems to be one).

Also, is 2 nights enough or should we make it 3 nights???

Thanks for ur help!
And we’re going in May! So what do you wear and is May a good time? What’s the weather generally like? Want to go when it’s not too hot!!!
What’s there to do? We don’t swim but would love to take a boat ride. someone told me about a Safari Jeep ride…has anyone been!

I went through a very dark chapter in my life and got involved in drugs, in no time at all, i was deeply depressed, lost my job, my family, my freinds. Not that i could blame them, i wasnt very nice to be around back then. Anyway it didnt take long before the cash ran out and the crimes started, to pay for my habbit. Like i said it was some time ago, about 5 years, but in that 5 years i have pulled myself back together, regained my family, my freinds and a promising career ahead of me. Unfortunatley i also have quite a few drug possesion charges, 1 count of supply amphetamines and quite a few fraud charges for wich i went to prison for almost 2 years. I realise this may be hard to swallow, but can anyone tell me somewhere (overseas) that i could take my partner and kids to next year when we get married for our honeymoon, it would mean a great deal to us both if anyone has any knowlege of countries who DONT frown upon such things for a simple holiday. Maybe it may have to be wytsundays!

So I see this topic pop up all the time and yet no matter how many stories and news reports I read….noone really explains what it is about same-sex marriage that they will be teaching. And what is it about same-sex marriage that is so different than that of one between a man and a woman that it’s deemed taboo?

I don’t really get it; please correct me if I’m wrong:
Marriage between two women:

They have a ceremony/party, they exchange vows/promises, they kiss to seal the deal. They go on a honeymoon/vacation for a week or two. They either buy a house to raise a family in or keep the place they already live in. They pay bills, taxes, expenses.

I’m failing to see how this is any different than the marriage between a man and a woman. I’m also failing to see what exactly is such the big deal that kids can’t handle the definition of marriage between two people of the same sex yet they can of that between a man and a woman.

Anyone care to shed any light?

We were looking into Sandals but don’t know if iay be to commercialized or not. We want it to be extremely romantic with great food.
